Ed Gold describes his journal Positive Futures as ‘celebrating the ingenuity and diversity of people who have chosen to live their own independent and alternative life style. Sharing action and words, being responsible, sustaining, healthy, generous, and nurturing of our natural world.’
The first issue (shown here) was printed and distributed in 2020. Positive Futures is a photographic journal accompanied by fulsome transcriptions of recorded conversations made during his travels, seeking out individuals and small groups living free of societal norms: ‘off grid’. Since this first issue of Positive Futures Ed Gold has taken over full control of every aspect of the journal’s production and continues to publish. Copies can be bought at Magallery.
