Parenthesis

The first issue of Parenthesis was released in May 1998, the same year the FPBA was established. There are two issues per year, uniquely, one is edited and printed in North America, which appears in the Autumn, and the other edited and printed in the Great Britain which appears in the Spring. To show and sell members work FPBA exhibition book fairs are held in Manhattan and Oxford while Parenthesis acts as the association’s mouthpiece; showing the best of both past and present book-making practice.
